Job Description
An established airline based in Europe is seeking a Continuing Airworthiness Manager to join their dynamic team. This company is renowned for providing a complete range of aviation solutions, including Aircraft Management, ACMI, and Charters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Continuing Airworthiness Manager for the company.
• Support the development of the Maintenance Program.
• Monitor the maintenance tracking system to ensure compliance with the approved Maintenance Programme and operational requirements.
• Liaise with CAMO subcontractors to maintain high standards in maintenance records.
• Analyze the applicability and effectiveness of the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP).
• Oversee technical literature required for maintaining the continuing airworthiness of the aircraft.
• Supervise Part 145 Maintenance contractors and coordinate with contracted MROs during maintenance events.
• Ensure that all technical records comply with Part M regulations.
• Forecast aircraft maintenance inputs and raise work orders with approved maintenance organizations.
• Ensure modifications and repairs are performed by approved maintenance organizations to required standards.
• Review and approve applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs).
• Maintain continuous communication with flight crews and Flight Support Engineers to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide management with technical advice regarding aircraft maintenance, purchasing, and forward planning.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of EASA Part-M / CAMO.
• Engineering degree and/or holder of Part-66 AML.
• Familiarity with A320 aircraft
• Right to live and work in the EU.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Willingness to work outside of normal office hours and travel as needed.
• previous experience in CAMO/145 organizations and at least 3 years in Continuing Airworthiness Management would be advantageous
