Job Description
Zenon is pleased to be supporting our aviation services provider client with their search for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Manager to lead their FBO lounge team, ensuring an exceptional level of service for high-profile guests, VIPs, and crew members.
The successful candidate will oversee daily lounge operations, inspire and manage the team, and implement creative strategies to elevate the overall guest experience. This role will report directly to the FBO Manager and require strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a seamless guest experience for all arrivals and departures through the FBO lounge
• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the lounge, working closely with clients, crew, and service providers
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to ensure high standards of service
• Liaise with airport authorities and handle administrative tasks related to airside passes, permits, and renewals
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery through innovation and team coaching
• Manage lounge inventory, including cost control and reviewing F&B offerings
• Ensure lounge facilities and devices are maintained to the highest standard
• Plan and coordinate special events, partnering with caterers and organizers
• Participate in guest experience projects and marketing programs
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
• Experience in luxury hospitality or aviation, with proven experience in managing VIP lounges or similar environments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience accommodating high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), Royals, and VIP passengers in the Middle East region
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• UAE driving license and flexibility to work during key guest movements
