Job Description
Zenon is pleased to be supporting a longstanding client and well-established OEM authorised business aircraft service centre in the recruitment of experienced Technical Services Coordinator, who are required for a 3 - 6 month contract based in Southeast England.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Responsible for the customer service interface and ensures that all customer requirements are understood and communicated.
• Provides daily updates for customers in maintenance and responsible for quote generation.
• Responsible for warranty administration and management.
• Promotes warranty programs and liaises with OEMs to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Responsible for the correct recording, documenting and filing of maintenance records.
• Responsible for the monitoring and forecasting of maintenance requirements for customer aircraft and communicates internally to assist maintenance planning.
• Responsible for the reporting of maintenance activity to ensure that the tracking system is maintained and is up to date (CAMP).
• Reports any errors or forecasted issues to the Technical Services Supervisor.
• Carry out continuous improvement investigations and root cause analysis investigations as requested to reduce quality escapes and COPQ

Qualities & Knowledge: -

• Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word & PPoint applications
• Must have working knowledge of Aircraft Maintenance tracking and planning
• A natural planner with a clear focus on safety and high quality
• Thorough understanding of Part-CAMO & Part-145 (and Company MOE) requirements
• Basic understanding of continuous improvement philosophies
• Understanding of EH&S practices and policies
• Knowledge of human factors, human performance and limitations
• Knowledge of logistic processes
• Knowledge of organisational capabilities, privileges and limitations
• Knowledge of relevant parts of the maintenance organisation exposition and procedures
• Knowledge of occurrence reporting systems (mandatory & internal) and understanding of the importance of reporting occurrences, incorrect maintenance data and existing or potential defects
• Knowledge of safety risks linked to the working environment
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems and Just Culture
• Understanding of professional integrity, behaviour and attitude towards safety
• Understanding of conditions for ensuring continuing airworthiness of aircraft and components
• Understanding of his/her own human performance limitations
• Understanding of personnel authorisations and limitations
• Understanding critical tasks

Minimum Experience: -

• Previous experience of working within a Part M/Part 145 organisation
• Previous experience of communicating with customers and HNWIs.
• Computer literate
• Read & write in fluent English
